The name follows Beeple's running meme that Nakamigos were the prequel, the v0 punks, to CryptoPunks. We took the joke literally and rendered all 10,000.
What was the mint mechanic?+
FCFS: no allowlist, no snapshot, no holder gating. Single public stage on Ethereum mainnet.

How do I get a V0 Punk?+
The mint sold out. Buy on the secondary market on OpenSea.
Is there a reveal?+
The reveal is at the creator's discretion. Pre-reveal, every token shows the same placeholder image. Post-reveal, each token shows its unique V0 Punk art with the traits inherited from its source CryptoPunk. The contract owner flips the reveal once the art is finalised.
Where does the matching come from?+
From the CryptoPunks trait taxonomy directly. Each V0 Punk is composed from the 14 trait categories of its source CryptoPunk: Type, Skin Tone, Hair, Hat, Beard, Eyes (and makeup variants), Mouth (and makeup variants), Mouth Prop, Neck, Ears, Nose, Blemishes, then re-rendered in Nakamigos pixel idiom at 2000×2000.
The matching is canonical : token #N → CryptoPunk #N. No shuffling, no random composition, no similarity algorithm.
What about royalties?+
5% creator royalties via EIP-2981. Trades on OpenSea pay the royalty by default.
We keep it CC0: remix our pixels, fork them, dress them. No gatekeeping.

v2 ships a wardrobe of Meebits-style outfits redrawn in Nakamigos pixel idiom: varsity jackets, hoodies, suits, jerseys, leather, denim.
